D & D Development has been in the business of training future basketball "stars" since 1996.  The owner, Jerome Dickerson was a former professional NBA Trainer, former College Coach and Trainer, High School Coach, AAU Coach and he coached the NIKE & ADIDAS Basketball Camps.
